Wood
Printing on non-treated wood involves a 0-5 second drying time, depending on the type of printer.
Printing on treated, plastic coated or veneered wood involves a 0-10 second drying time, depending on the type of printer.
If the wood is not veneered or plastic coated (that is, in a “raw” state), it falls into the category of porous materials and can be printed, marked or coded with all our rotary markers (WPNP, CLP, MIDSIZE, MINI CODER, HPNP) with ZERO drying times.
If, on the other hand, treated, veneered or otherwise coated wood falls under the category of non-porous materials, the drying times can range from 0 to 10 seconds, depending on the printer (Euromps ELF series inkjet printers, the ZJ printers: Essential, Dynamic, Ultra), the Squid Ink printers, from the smallest SquidInk Copilot 128 to the biggest SquidInk Copilot Max, as well as the Hot Quick Coder and the type of ink used.
Euromps and its wide range of products and technologies, offers the best solutions for:
- manual wood coding;
- automatic wood coding;
- wood stamping;
- manual wood marking;
- automatic wood marking.
